Michelle got her Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from the University of New Mexico in 1991, worked as a registered nurse in the operating room for 16 years at Presbyterian Hospital in Albuquerque, NM, then proceeded to obtain her Masters Degree in Physician Assistant Studies from the Arizona School of Health Sciences – Kirksville School of Osteopathic Medicine. She is involved in all aspects of patient care (including outpatient clinics in our Pinehurst and Rockingham offices), inpatient hospital, outpatient ambulatory surgical care, and perioperative patient care. Michelle assists in surgical procedures and spends her time away from Pinehurst Surgical Clinic and surgical care of patients with her husband (who happens to be Dr. Moore), their 5 adult children, 3 grandchildren and their Boykin Spaniel, Mayer. Shelley (Michelle’s nick name) also enjoys home decorating, gardening and floristry.
